Longhorn Ballroom tickets & upcoming events

Looking for a spot that’s got character, history, and a real Texas vibe? Longhorn Ballroom in Dallas is just that. This legendary venue has been a staple on the music scene since the 1950s, hosting everything from country legends like Willie Nelson and George Strait to rock icons like ZZ Top and even some legendary punk bands. It’s a place where history feels alive, with its rustic decor and worn-in dance floor. The place can hold around 1,500 folks, which makes for an intimate but lively atmosphere, no giant stadium feel here. You’ll see folks dancing the night away during themed dance nights, which are pretty darn popular, drawing all kinds of eclectic crowds. It’s also been a backdrop for music videos and even movies, adding to its cool, cinematic reputation. Want to kick back? The VIP Lounge offers a comfy spot to relax before the show or during intermission, while the Artist Circle keeps the performers close to the action. Getting there is a breeze, just punch in Longhorn Ballroom as your rideshare destination, or if you’re walking, the streets are pretty pedestrian-friendly. Honestly, whether you’re a die-hard country fan or just looking for a good time, Longhorn Ballroom delivers a true Dallas experience, one that’s full of character, surprises, and maybe a little bit of Texas charm that you won’t forget.
